A-Power™
Heavy-duty technology for high-power use: Salon clientele have enjoyed the effects of high pressure lamp tanning, and its ability to deliver a darker, long lasting tan. However, this has been limited to those salons that owned a high pressure tanning unit or had high pressure facial tanning lamps. Until now…
Light Sources and LightTech A-Power TM
family of lamps brings high pressure effects to low pressure tanning lamps. These new lamps have a tremendous influence of UVA to deliver the type of tan that only high pressure lamps had been able to provide in the past.
Why is A-Power TM
Technology Better?
High pressure tanning lamps typically produce peak output within the UVA range, with almost all of UVB output being filtered. UVB is the most efficient manner to stimulate melanin production, and is needed to achieve the desired long lasting tanning effect. However the new A-PowerTM family utilizes not only superior UVA output, but also an extremely strong peak of UVB. Thus, a tan which lasts.
What Units Can Use A-Power TM

Practically all low pressure lamp systems can use our A-Power TM
