Our manufacturing companies offer powerful metal halide high-pressure lamps with specially engineered quartz glass. Although high pressure lamp requirements in Europe and the US are similar, they must meet different regulatory criteria. On both continents, the Light Sources group offers a full range of products to meet these diverse requirements.

Our HP lamps provide very high UV-A intensities, typically between 340nm and 400nm. Special blue glass filters remove undesired UV waves primarily UV-C (under 280nm). This delivers a long-lasting, deep, and dark tan, which meets even the highest aesthetic requirements, while eliminating the tanner’s exposure to negative UV-C rays.

In addition to the standard sockets, we also offer special ceramic bases for multiple applications.
